Key the in-process CRD model cache on a hash of the schema, so a new schema from the DB cache builds a new model class instead of reusing the stale one until the process restarts.

Add a "Refresh schema from control plane" admin action on ControlPlaneCRD. It drops the cached schema, plural and API discovery data and loads the schema again right away.
