improvements to stability of release process 08da32e829

Add export/import functionality for configuration data

Tests / test (push) Successful in 55s

Details

2a8c60cfc2

Add management commands (export_data, import_data) for transporting
configuration data between environments using natural keys instead of
PKs. Add django-import-export to all service catalog and organization
admin pages that were missing it.
