When a ControlPlaneCRD has an effective wildcard DNS, the domain suffix is now displayed as a read-only input-group addon and the user can only edit the hostname prefix. The array widget is limited to a single entry with add/remove buttons hidden. Also applies to the update form and updates admin help text to describe this behavior.
