• Normalize storage pricing to match compute plan billing unit (e.g. convert
  hourly storage rate to monthly when compute plan is billed per month)
• Add estimated total card showing compute + storage sum with breakdown
• Show calculated storage cost on right side, per-GiB rate in formula row
• Add "Plan:" prefix to plan names in dropdown
• Reword storage subtitle to "Billed based on configured storage size"
• Remove storage icon for consistency with compute row
• Use full unit display everywhere (e.g. "Month (30 days / 720 hours)")
