Alert names in the instance Alerts card link to their runbook. The URL comes from the docs sitemap (cached 24h), service page first, then the general page, so missing runbooks never become a 404. The rule's internal runbook_url annotation is still never shown.

New setting SERVALA_DOCS_URL; empty disables the links.
