fix(pricing): show list prices for shared sale orders

A shared sale order holds the partner's prices, not the end user's.
Signup copies its ID into odoo_sale_order_id, so the preview showed
partner prices. Show CHF catalog list prices with a partner note instead,
without an Odoo call.
