We allow all "letters" in addresses, which includes Chinese/Japanese/Cyrillic scripts etc, but not Emoji. Organization names are further restricted to just ASCII letters and numbers plus spaces (I documented an option for allowing Latin diacritics/umlauts in the parent issue).
