As a user, I want to have a clear flow and context about the service provider zone

Implementation Notes

Move the "Service Provider Zone Information" into the main box
We potentially want more than one column in the main box and organize the information there accordingly.
Increase the width of the main box and the configuration form to use the full width
Add a new setting to the "User Information" to add a help text per information, which is shown when hovering over an (i) icon (e.g. with https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/components/popovers/).
