Allow configuring a default sale order in the organization origin.

When this is set in an origin:

  • It is set as the sale order for an organization when it's created
  • The sale order can be changed in Django admin
  • Changing the default sale order in the organization origin doesn't update the sale order on organizations referencing the organization origin

On the organization, we currently save both the Odoo Sale Order ID and the Sale Order Name. We never use the name so far, however – do we need both fields on the Organization Origin as well?
