As a user, I want to see a branded and styled application with correct logos and colors

Implementation Notes

Use Servala Logos and Colors for the overall styling. (Link via separate channel)
Use correct VSHN logos where needed (e.g. VSHN Account Login), see https://handbook.vshn.ch/brand_guide.html
Make the layout use the horizontal menu
Create error pages (404, 403, 500), use the Sir Vala mascot for it (something like here: https://servala.com/error404)
Make sure service listing cards are displayed horizontally and overflow to the next row when the space is used
