As a user, I want to organize service instances into projects

Implementation Notes

As an additional hierarchy insides the organization level, add a "Projects" level to allow organizing service instances into.
When creating an organization, add a "default" project to it and use this for all new service instances
When there are multiple projects available, ask for the project when creating a service instance
Update RBAC so that permissions can also be configured in projects
Add project management facilities (CRUD)
